New visitors to our Farm Shop are often amazed at the variety and high quality local products we offer from our converted brick dairy house. We have been described as one of Warwickshire’s Best Kept Secrets!
For people with an interest in good food, particularly locally sourced, then we believe we can give you the highest quality service. Experienced Craft Butchers are available to prepare your meat properly and are happy to answer any questions you may have about types of cuts or the sources of products.
As well as a range of meats, poultry, sausages, bacon and gammons we also offer:
- A selection of game, fresh in season and from the freezer. We have links with the local Packington Estate in Meriden who supply our venison and game birds (in season). Sourced from Barrow Boar of Yeovil, we can sell pure bred wild boar. Kept in fenced woodland with a natural habitat, this animal provided distinctively different flavoured meat from the often available wild boar crossed with domestic pig which is a poor imitation of the real thing.
- Local Cheeses. In particular from Fowlers of Earlswood , who are the oldest cheese making family business in England and are continuing the traditions of handcrafted cheeses at the dairy in the leafy pastures of Earlswood, near Solihull. We also offer the award winning Berkswell Ewes Milk Cheese in hard and soft varieties. Rick Stein helped promote this fantastic cheese using it in a recipe on his cooking programme
- Local Free Range Eggs (including some of our own) and Organic Eggs
- A wide selection of biscuits, jams, pickles, cooking sauces and condiments.
- West Midlands produced ice cream in a variety of flavours and sizes
- Fantastic cakes and bread baked and delivered each Thursday
- Vegetables including sacks of local potatoes (seasonally dependent)
