We source our lambs from Beatty's farm which is just around the corner from our own. Choice cuts of lovely english lamb for your freezer. The pack consists of 0.908KG (2lb) loin chops, 1.36kg (3lb) boneless trimmed rolled shoulder, 0.908kg (2lb) leg roasting joint, 0.908kg (2lb) lean diced lamb and 454g (1lb) lamb sausage seasoned with mint and rosemary. All carefully butchered, packed and labelled.
