Portioned Free Range Chicken

A large free range chicken portioned into breasts, thighs and drumsticks. We bone the meat from the carcass to offer portions without lots of bits of bone (e.g. we don't hack it up with a chopper!). Weight will typically be 1.95kg (4.4lb) prior to portioning. If you want your carcass for stock then please include this detail in the notes about your order. Equally if you wanted the breasts skinless with the wing removed then include that also in your comments.
