This pack 1 whole Tomlinson's Free Range Chickens (each approx 1.67KG/3lb12oz) and 1 portioned (legs and breasts scooped from the carcass to avoid lots of bits of bone!). Tomlinson's Chickens come from a genuine free range producer who focus on producing as natural a product as possible in the best possible conditions resulting in the best possible taste and texture. What makes these chickens extra special? They are not pumped full of chemicals, growth promoters, antibiotics or any other additives, at any stage of rearing or production. Tomlinson still dry pluck using no water or fats at any stage of preparation and the giblets are included with the chicken.
