Half a traditional breed pig carefully butchered for your freezer. We use a standard approach to preparing half a pig. Leg will be boned, rolled and cut in half, shoulder spare rib is boned and rolled, hand is diced, chump (end of leg) is steaked, chops cut and packed in twos, belly is sliced through and packed in twos and the head is replaced with a pound of best pork sausage. If you want the pig butchered differently then please call us (01676 522409) or make a note in the available notes area when making your order. Available breeds change from week to week, we will ensure a note of the breed you have purchased is included. Everything is cut, packed and labelled ready for your freezer.
