Pork, Beef and Poultry Hamper

A fantastic gift, containg a rolled sirloin of beef roasting joint taken from well aged beef (weighing 1.8KG / 4lb), a boneless leg of traditional breed pork with great crackling (weighing 1.8KG / 4lb) and free range chicken which has been dry plucked and hand prepared (weighing 1.8KG / 4lb).  As well as this we also include a jar of horseradish sauce and a jar of brambly apple sauce.
